- Discover (2 weeks): Two weeks, fixed scope. We map the use case, test the riskiest assumption on your data, and hand you a plan and a fixed quote.
- Build: Fixed-price milestones. A production system with evals, monitoring and documentation, shipped in weeks, not quarters.
- Operate (Ongoing): We stay to run it: monitoring, evals, model upgrades and incident response. Or we hand it over cleanly.

## Terms
- Code: You own it. Full IP assignment, in your repositories from day one.
- Data: Stays in your infrastructure, with scoped, revocable access.
- Pricing: Fixed per phase. No hourly billing.
- Proof: Evals and a baseline before anything goes live.
